These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the DollybooKids website at Dollyboo.com and for engaging with any content created and published by DollybooKids across any platform, including YouTube.
This document is written in plain English. Our aim is to be clear and straightforward so that parents, families, educators, and anyone else interacting with our content understands their rights and responsibilities.

3. Copyright Ownership
Important. All content created and published by DollybooKids is 100% original and is the exclusive intellectual property of AINXtGen180. This is a legal position we actively protect and enforce.
Every piece of content produced under the DollybooKids name belongs entirely to AINXtGen180. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
3.1 Videos
All nursery rhyme videos, counting and learning videos, craft tutorial videos, animated stories, sing-along videos, and any other video content published on our YouTube channel or this website.
3.2 Music and Lyrics
All original songs, melodies, musical arrangements, sound recordings, and vocal performances created for DollybooKids videos and productions.
3.3 Characters and Artwork
All animated characters, illustrated figures, mascots, visual designs, and artwork created for and associated with the DollybooKids brand.
3.4 Scripts and Creative Content
All written scripts, storylines, educational frameworks, rhyme compositions, and creative concepts developed for our videos and website.
3.5 Branding and Trademarks
The DollybooKids name, logo, channel identity, colour scheme, and visual style, as well as the AINXtGen180 company brand.
3.6 Website Content
All text, images, graphics, page designs, and other material published on Dollyboo.com.
Our copyright is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) of Australia and equivalent intellectual property laws in relevant international jurisdictions. Unauthorised use of any of our content may constitute copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
4. What You May and May Not Do With Our Content
We assess all requests to use our content on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide blanket permissions, but we are approachable and happy to consider reasonable requests. If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, please contact us before proceeding.
4.1 Generally Permitted
The following actions are generally acceptable without needing to request permission:

4.2 Not Permitted Without Written Permission
The following actions are not permitted without first obtaining written approval from AINXtGen180:
Re-uploading, copying, mirroring, or duplicating any of our videos on YouTube or any other platform or website
Downloading our videos and distributing them in any format, online or offline
Using our characters, artwork, or illustrations in any product, merchandise, printed material, or digital publication
Using our original music, songs, or audio recordings in your own videos, productions, or projects
Monetising any of our content in any way, including placing advertisements against it or charging for access
Modifying, adapting, dubbing, translating, or creating derivative works based on our content
Using the DollybooKids name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation with your product or service
Compiling our content into collections, courses, subscription services, or educational packages without permission
Want to use our content? We welcome genuine requests from schools, libraries, child-focused organisations, content creators, and community groups. All requests are reviewed individually and we aim to respond fairly and promptly. Please contact us at info@ainxtgen180.com with details of your intended use.
5. Reporting a Copyright Concern
We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously and we actively monitor major video platforms and online channels for unauthorised use of DollybooKids content.
If you believe our content is being used without authorisation, or if you have any copyright-related concern, we ask that you contact us directly in the first instance before taking any other action. In most cases, concerns can be resolved quickly and cooperatively.
Our preferred process for resolving copyright concerns:
Contact us first. Send a written description of your concern to info@ainxtgen180.com. Please include the specific content in question, the location where you found it (such as a URL), and a clear description of the issue.
Allow us time to respond. We aim to acknowledge all copyright notices within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days (Australian business days, AEST).
Work with us toward resolution. We are committed to acting in good faith. In most cases, concerns can be resolved without escalation.
AINXtGen180 reserves the right to issue formal takedown notices and pursue legal remedies where necessary, in accordance with the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) of Australia and applicable international frameworks, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the United States and relevant European Union intellectual property directives.
If you believe our content has been confused with yours, or that we have unintentionally used something that belongs to you, please contact us. We will investigate all genuine concerns promptly and respectfully.
6. Third-Party Platforms
The primary platform through which DollybooKids content is distributed is YouTube, operated by Google LLC. When you watch our content on YouTube, you are also subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which are separate from this document.

DollybooKids is a channel made specifically for children, and the safety and privacy of our young audience is our highest priority.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including the Law on Intellectual Property 2005 (as amended in 2009, 2019, and 2022) and the Law on Information Technology 2006.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question about their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam.
If you are accessing this website from outside Vietnam, you remain responsible for compliance with your local laws. The existence of different legal standards in your country does not affect or limit our rights under Vietnamese law.
